the founders, professional musicians and educators — had a clear vision:

make world-class music education feel personal, professional, and accessible.

they didn’t want to build another edtech portal.

they wanted to create a branded experience….

where lessons felt as smooth as streaming,

and the learning journey felt as rewarding as the outcome.

that’s where i came in.

muzoclass was created to feel different —

a modern music academy in your pocket.

the goal was to build:

• a unified home for premium music courses
• taught by industry-level pros
• backed by an intuitive product experience
• where community and feedback loop mattered just as much as content

the idea: let musicians focus on learning, and let the platform do the rest.

initial research

we talked to learners, performers, and instructors.

what we learned:

• users didn’t mind paying — they just needed to trust the experience
• clean onboarding and a strong first impression mattered
• everyone hated scattered tools — they wanted one space for video, feedback, and progress
• users felt more confident when the platform felt “serious but friendly”
